Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless, 4 oz.

    Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp

    Ronzoni, Healthy Harvest Spaghetti, 2 oz

    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray, 5 sprays

    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)

    Pepper, black, 1 dash

    Balsamic Breeze-Wishbone Salad Spritzer to taste

    Water for boiling

Directions

Boil water and add spaghetti noodles.
Cook until desired texture following package directions.

Chop celery.
Add to pasta and water a couple minutes before pasta is to desired consistency. Celery should still be crisp when served.

Cut chicken into bite-size sections.
In a separate pan, add chicken, balsamic vinegar (1 tbsp) and water. Make sure water level is slightly above that of the chicken. Boil until chicken is done.

Put Pasta on plate add I can't believe it's not butter, Balsamic Breeze, and pepper to taste.

    Wow this sounds great! I am inspired to saute the celery with some green onion, broccoli and red pepper and a spray of butter flavored Pam (got to get more veggies in) and throw the chicken on the Barbecue after I've given it a spray or two with the salad dressing. Great idea ! Thanks!! - 1/2/08
