3 cups diced butternut squash(baked)
3 cups chicken broth
salt and pepper(dash)
grill mates montreal chicken 3/4 tsp
dash of hot sauce
1/4 cup shredded motzarella cheese
1/4 cup of shredded mixed cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp of minced garlic
one small peeled apple, diced
Directions
cut butternut squash in half. scoop out seeds. bake face down in 1/2 inch of water at 350 for 30 min or until soft. Cool and take skin off. combine in pan on stove with all ingredients except for milk and cheese.
simmer for 30 minutes.
place in blender and puree. has a bit of a bite to it. (adjust the seasoning to your likeing) add cheese and milk and serve.
