Ingredients

    14 ounces Dole Cole Slaw Salad
    1 can Bumble Bee Small Shrimp
    1 Tbsp low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
    1 tsp splenda

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Enjoy!

    Very Good
    This was a springboard to a different shrimp salad. I did use the vinegar, but instead of soy sauce I used fish sauce, instead of Splenda I used 1/2 tsp. ginger juice (could use grated ginger). I added chopped green onions. Then I served it on romaine, cooked asparagus, and sliced tomatoes. - 9/9/11
