Ingredients

    1 lb deer meat, ground
    1 onion chopped
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 acorn squash roasted and cubed
    1 cup frozen corn
    1/2 cup black beans
    2 plum tomatoes, chopped
    1 green pepper chopped
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1 jalepeno pepper
    1 T. cilantro
    1/2 cup barbeque sauce

Directions

Brown deer meat, onion and garlic in large skillet.
Mix corn, peppers,black beans, tomatoes, vinegar and cilatro together.
After meat is cooked, add corn "salsa" , squash and barbeque sauce and thoroughly heat.

Makes about 8 1 cup servings.
