Ingredients

    Cut up 1 10oz package of crimini mushrooms, sautee in pan thats been coated with pam spray.

    Dice one medium vidalia onion, sautee until browned.

    Chop fine 4 turkey sausage patties, sautee until browned.

    One carton egg beaters(15oz), garden veggie variety. Cook and chop down fine.

    Mix all ingredients together. Should yield 4 servings.
