    1 box Betty Crocker Cake Mix
    3 egg whites
    1 1/4 cup water
    1/3 cup applesauce
    3/4 cup of Betty Crocker Whipped Vanilla Icing


Pre heat oven to 350

In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except for icing until smooth.

Pour into a 13x9 pan and place in oven for approximately 20-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool. I placed mine on a plate and placed in the fridge to cool quicker. Do not put icing on the cake until it is completely cooled. The cake is very very moist and if you ice it warm, it will fall apart. I learned the hard way the first time.

Ice cake with icing at room temperature to allow smoother application.
Cut into 18 peices. About 3 fingers by 3 fingers width and enjoy!
