How the poop does this have fat? Strawberries, spinach, and bananas don't have fat in them whatsoever . Does the fat come from the oats? Someone please answer this. - 3/7/12

I make a very similar smoothy and love it too! i use boiled carrots instead of juice, and i add yogurt, skim milk and a little bit of oj and agave-- my kids (who don't eat ANYTHING) LOVE them too. they don't know there's spinach and carrots in it. i'm gonna try the oatmeal too! - 12/24/10
