Ingredients

    1.5 c shredded crab meat
    .25 c fat free shredded cheddar
    .25 c fat free sour cream
    1 c frozen peas
    1/4 c chopped onions
    dill
    garlic salt
    cracked pepper

Directions

Break up crab meat into bite-size pieces. Thaw peas under cold running water, drain, and add to crab. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Can substitute fat free mayo for sour cream.

    Very Good
    The combination was delicious. I chose it for the low- fat content, and after checking for myself, it seems the only fat was from the crab. I did dice bell pepper and celery to add to it. - 8/13/13

    Incredible!
    Yummy,I did a makeover of this using some Dungeness crab legs that got put in the freezer, when New Years Party was cancelled due to weather. Normally I wouldn't make anything so decadent for just me..but its good to change that thinking around once in a while. I love the combo of crab and peas. - 1/13/13
