Ingredients

    2 cups cranberries
    1 cup raisins
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    1 tsp ? 1 tbsp cinnamon
    2 tsp ginger
    1/4 tsp cloves
    1 cup water
    1 small onion
    3 medium apples, leave peels on
    4 stalks celery
    1 tsp lemon zest

Directions

Combine cranberries, raisins, brown sugar, syrup cinnamon, ginger and cloves, cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. Stir in onion, apple and celery, cook for 15 min. Remove from heat and stir in lemon zest.
