Introduction

Delicious Healthy-ish Chicken Salad with grapes, apples and dill! Delicious Healthy-ish Chicken Salad with grapes, apples and dill!

Ingredients

    12.5 oz Canned chicken breast
    1 Tbsp Light mayo
    1 Tbsp fat free sour cream
    approx 2 tsp yellow mustard
    1/2 cup chopped grapes
    1 C apples, bite sized chunks
    approx 1 Tbsp dried dill weed
    2 med celery stalks finely chopped
    2 green onions (scallions) greens only finely chopped.

    Mix all together and enjoy!

Directions

Cut grapes in half and apples into bite sized chunks, the celery and green onions into bits. Mix with canned chicken, the mayo, sour cream, mustard and dill, serve on multigrain bread and enjoy!
