Ingredients

    6 4oz Talapia Filets
    1/2 cup Almond Choice flour
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 tsp garlic powder (less if you are not a garlic lover
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/8 - 1/4 tsp paprika
    1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
    1 egg
    1/4 cup organic fat free milk or soy milk
    fresh ground Sea Salt to tate (optional)
    Lemon slices (optional)

Directions

Preheat broiler
Mix all dry ingredients well
beat egg and milk together
wash talapia filets with egg mixture
coat filet completely with coating mix
place in olive oil sprayed baking dish in broiler for on bottm rack for 11-14 minutes (longer depending on thicknes of filets)
Remove from oven when golden brown
Serve hot, use sea salt to taste and a squeeze of fresh lemon if desired.
