Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    16 slices whole wheat bread
    16 slices cooked bacon, cut bacon slices in 3's before cooking
    16 1 oz slices cheddar cheese
    6 large eggs
    3 cup skim milk
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    dash Tobasco sauce (optional)
    1/2 tsp salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1 cup crushed corn flakes

Directions

1. Lightly grease 9 x 13 glass baking pan, cover bottom with half the bread.
2. Layer on bacon and cheese, then add other half of bread.
3. Mix all other ingredients, except corn flakes.
4. Pour over bread, cover, and refridgerate overnight.
5. In the morning, uncover dish, sprinkle on cornflakes and bake in 350 F oven for 1 hour. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.

Serves 12 large or 18 small servings.

    Very Good.
    You can reduce the calories by using skim milk and using OLD low fat cheddar cheese (reduced in calories AND you need less of the stronger tasting cheese)
