Ingredients

    2 tsp. Beef or Chicken buillon granuals (or two cubes)

    2 cups water

    1 scallion or long onion diced

    2 large mushrooms sliced or diced

    2 egg whites, slightly beaten

    1/4 cup zucchini, diced

Directions

1. Add beef or chicken bouillon granduals to 2 cups water

2. Add all diced veggies and bring to boil

3. While boiling, drizzle in egg white

    Great soup...I used the Campbell's FF Low Sodium chicken broth and you can add lots of other veggies for just a few calories - 8/27/07
