Introduction

Number of Servings: 11

Ingredients

    2-3 ripe bananas
    3/4 cup - bread flour
    3/4 whole wheat flour
    1/2 c sugar
    6 tbls unsweetened applesauce
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 ground cinnamin
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use GNC soy protein)
    1/3-1/2 c choc chips (semi sweet)

Directions

Mash up bananas and add all ingredients to mixing bowl. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray muffin tins or line with baking cups. fold in choc chips and bake for 20 mins.
