Introduction
This is has great flavor for the holidays and it's healthy & easy. Everyone that loves cranberries loves this. The receipe was given to me by a Fat Flush Plan dieter. Ingredients

4 small-ish oranges
1 apple
1 pear
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
8 - 10 packets Stevia Plus
1 (12-ounce) bag fresh cranberries
Directions
Peel Oranges. Remove pith and any seeds, then blend thoroughly (handheld blender can be used)
Peel Apple and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Peel Pear and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
In large saucepan, place blended oranges, apples, pears, and spices.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 6 to 8 minutes until apples and pears just begin to soften.
Add Stevia and stir to combine.
Stir in cranberries.
Bring mixture back to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add additional Stevia Plus and/or spices if desired.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
Makes approximately 4 cups.
