Ingredients

    2 onions (medium size)
    1/2 green pepper (medium size)
    1/2 red pepper (medium size)
    4 packets of Uncle Ben's rice in a bag
    1 pound of shaved steak
    2 packets of McCormick brown gravy mix
    2 Cups of cold water

Directions

Cut onions, green pepper, and red pepper until you reach 2 cups full.

Get medium sauce pan fill up with water. Put burner on high until water comes to a boil. Throw in bags of rice for 15 minutes until soft.

Suatee shaved steaks in a large frying pan until fully done. Throw in onions, green pepper, and red pepper until soft. Add 2 packets of McCormick brown gravy mix with 2 cups of cold water. Stir until mixture get thick then ready to serve. Salt and Pepper to taste (optional)
