Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
    24 oz vegetable juice
    Chili Power
    Cumin

Directions

1. Spray large saucepan with cooking spray or oil. Add beef, onion, and bell pepper. Cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes, until meat is not longer pink, and crumbles.

2. Put everything in a pot, and bring to a boil, stir occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

*Season to taste..... I like to add extra chili powder and cumin to my meat when I cook it, as well as add the spices called for when you mix everything together.**
