Number of Servings: 4


    1/4 cup fat free milk
    1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
    1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tsp. Oregano
    1 Tsp. Basil
    1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
    4 Boneless Skinless chicken breast halves (4oz. Each)


Place milk in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, pecans, cheese and seasonings.

Dip chicken in milk, then roll in crumb mixture.

Transfer to a baking sheet coated with pam. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees.

Makes 4 servings.

    Very Good
    I used crushed crackers instead of bread crumbs. I recommend people use more crumb and pecan than what's listed, to add more flavor. Otherwise, great meal. Good taste and goes well with a baked potato and corn. Will definitely make again. - 1/9/11
