Ingredients

    chicken thighs 6 large bone in
    sweet potatoes 3 large cut in thirds
    black beans (dried prepared according to package directions)2 cups
    cumin 2 tsp
    pepper dash
    paprika 1 tsp
    allspice 1/2 tsp
    chicken broth 1 cup low sodium
    Marie's low Sodium Salsa 1/2 cup
    Garlic 3 cloves

Directions

peel and cube sweet potatoe and place in bottom of crock pot. rinse and drain black beans and add to sweet potatoes. place chicken on top. mix other ingredients together and pour mixture over top. cook on low for 8 hours. 8 servings of one thigh and 1/2 cup mixture
