    Cottage Cheese
    Canned Pumpkin
    Whole wheat elbow macaroni
    shredded sharp cheddar
    bread crumbs


Preheat oven to 350. boil/cook pasta and drain.
Puree pumpkin and cottage cheese. Pour mixture into a baking dish. Add pasta and shredded cheese and coat all ingredients.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake for 15 mins.

  • was a very good lowfat version. I added nutmeg, and lowfat ricotta cheese.I also added parmesan cheese mixed with the bread crumbs and sprinkled it on th top. Also added lowfat evaporated milk. - 9/30/12
