    # Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup
    # Fiber One Cereal, 1 cup crushed
    # *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cup
    # Garlic powder, 1 tsp


cut egg plant thin. dip in egg, roll in mixture of garlic, crushed cereal, and bread crumbs. bakein preheated oven at 400 for 15 min. turning once, on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
