Introduction

The best way to get my kids to eat chicken is to cook it in CHEESE!!! The best way to get my kids to eat chicken is to cook it in CHEESE!!!

Ingredients

    *3 lbs Chicken Breast (or however many you want, I cook lots for leftovers!!!)
    *1 can Campbells Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
    *1 can Campbells Cheddar Cheese Soup
    Brown Rice
    (I also add crushed red peppers and ground flaxseed for different flavors)

Directions

Cooking time will vary depending on amount of chicken and if its frozen or not.

Place chicken in slow cooker.
Combine cheese sauces (and peppers/flaxseed if you are using it) and pour over chicken. Stir chicken to ensure even coverage during cooking. I love to serve with rice and veggies.
