Ingredients

    4 c. Chicken Broth
    1 c. chopped chicken
    1 bundle mung bean thread noodles
    2 green onions
    2 T. thinly shredded carrot
    garlic salt to taste
    2 T. chopped cilantro

Directions

Bring broth to boil. Add carrots and bean threads. Cook 1 or 2 minutes until noodles are soft.. Add chicken and heat to serving temperature. Serve with green onion and cilantro.
