Ingredients

    4 medium asian pears
    2 apples
    1/8 c juice sweetened cranberries
    1/4 c apple juice
    1/2 t cinnamon
    1/8 t ground ginger
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of cloves
    1/2 c old fashioned oats
    4 T canola oil (or you could use butter or margarine, but I ran out)

Directions

cut up apples and pears into bite size chunks (I leave the skin on, but you could remove). Place in ovenproof dish.
sprinkle cranberries on top. Mix apple juice and spices. Pour onto fruit mixture.
Combine oats and canola oil. Sprinkle on top of fruit mixture.
Bake at 350 30-40 minutes. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or just plain.
