Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Lasagna, 1/2 box
Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 2 cup
    Ground turkey, 1 lb
bob evans italian ground sausage, 1 lb
Mozzarella Fat Free Shredded Cheese, 1 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 3 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1 cup

Directions

1. Cook lasagna. After lasagna is done, drain in a large colander and pour cold water over it so it doesn't stick.
2. Brown ground turkey and sausage in a large pan. While browning, sprinkle oregano and basil to taste. Add 2-3 cloves of garlic.
3. Drain the oil from the pan.
4. Mix the ricotta cheese with the thawed spinach.
5. In a glass baking dish, pour about 1.5 tablespoons of marinara, then layer the lasagna.
6. Layer some more marinara on the lasagna, then layer the meat, then the ricotta/spinach mixture, 1/3 of the mozzarella and 1/3 of the parmesan. Then sprinkle more basil and oregano to your liking.
7. Restart the layering process until you reach the top of the baking dish. Put one last layer of lasagna noodles, 1.5 more tablespoons of marinara, with the remaining parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle some more oregano and basil on top.
8. Surround the sides of the baking dish with aluminum foil, making sure the foil covers the outside of the lasagna, but not the middle.
9. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Let cool for 5 minutes, and serve.

Makes approximately 10 servings.
