Ingredients

    12 oz. Mann's Broccoli Coleslaw

    Dressing:
    2 T. canola oil
    2 T. white wine vinegar
    2 T. crunchy peanut butter
    1 T. soy sauce
    1 T. brown sugar (not packed)
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. ginger

Directions

Whisk together dressing ingredients. Stir dressing into slaw. Refrigerate 6-8 hours before serving to allow ingredients to blend.
