Ingredients

Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 18 oz
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Carrots, raw, 6 medium
Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.5 cup
    beef bullion cube, 1 serving
    1.5 cups water

Directions

Spray the inside of the crock pot with cooking spray. Place pork chops in the bottom of crock pot (I use frozen, can be thawed). Place sliced onions on top, then sliced potatoes, sliced carrots on top. Boil water, then dissolve bullion. Mix broth with soup until blended. Pour over top of ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low 4-6 hours. If you like more 'gravy', double soup and bullion mixture (not included in nutritional information).
