Extra Lean ground beef - 690 grams
Del Monte creamed corn - 1.63 cups ( 2 tins each 284 ml)
Frozen mixed vegetables - 1 cup
Onion chopped - 1/2 cup
Raw Potato - 1222 grams
butter - 6 tbsp
sour cream - 3 tbsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
pepper - 1/2 tsp
onion powder - 1 tbsp
garlic powder - 1/2 tbsp
paprika - 1 tbsp
Directions
Peel and cut potatoes and bring to boil in salted water. Cook until tender. Drain, add 3 tbsp butter and sour cream. Whip until smooth.
In frying pan add 1 tbsp butter add onion and carmelize. Add ground beef and brown meat. Drain fat and add 1 cup frozen mixed veggies, season with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Place ground beef and veggie mixture into large lasagna dish. Spread creamed corn over mixture, then
spread mashed potatoes. Melt 2 tbsp butter and spoon over potatoes and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 250 until hot and nicely browned. Serves 12 portions.
