Introduction
You can easily substitute ham & cheese for anything you want (cranberries, raisins, chocolate chips, etc.) as long as the overall quantity is around 1/2 cup. Ingredients

13/4 cup of white flour
4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 cup of white sugar
5 tablespoon of diced frozen demi-sel butter (lightly salted)
1/4 cup of shredded low-fat ham
1/4 cup of diced low-fat cheese
1/2 cup of skim milk
1/4 cup of low-fat sour cream

Egg wash with egg and milk
Directions
1. Mix the dry ingredients
2. Rub into the flour (rubbing between your hands) the diced frozen butter (pea sized) until it's partially incorporated into the dry mix but leave some lumps.
3. Put the mix in the freezer. Mix the milk and sour cream together.
4. Incorporate the milk, sour cream, ham and cheese to the dry ingredients.
5. Shape into patties or triangles and place on a cookie pan on parchment paper.
6. Brush with egg wash made with 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of milk. Let wash soak into the patties for a few minutes.
7. Bake at 400F for 10 to 15 minutes.
