Ingredients

    water, sugar, spices...mix together and boil. Add butter
    peel apples (6)
    mix 2 cups flour, 2 t baking powder, 1 t salt
    mix in 1/2 cup butter until crumbly
    add 1/2 cup milk and mix until mixed
    roll out and wrap each apple sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg and sugar in a piece of dough
    place in pan and pour syrup over
    bake in 375 oven for 30 minutes or until apples are done
