This is a basic recipe, add as many spices and seasonings as you want!

Ingredients

    2 Cups of Canned Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)
    1/2 Cup of Juice Reserved from the Garbanoz Beans (Chickpeas)
    1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
    2 Tbsp Tahini

    Spices of Your Choice

    Suggested Spice Combinations

    1. Substitute Lime Juice for the Lemon Juice - alot of cracked pepper
    2. Sundried Tomato and Basil
    3. Cumin and/or Curry (go easy on the curry)
    4. Hot Pepper or Sauce of Choice, start with a little so you don't overpower the hummus.

Directions

1. Place all ingrediants in a blender, blend on high until smooth.
2. If there is not enough liquid, add a bit of water.
