cooking class made this in school and was so good I thought I would share. cooking class made this in school and was so good I thought I would share.
Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    Margarine, soft, 9 tsp (remove)
    Milk, 2%, .2500 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)
    Powdered Sugar, 1 tbsp, unsifted (remove)

Directions

1. combine butter, milk, and brown sugar in small sauce pan and boil for 2 minutes
2. take off heat and let cool
3. when cooled add powdered sugar until desired consistency ( mixture should look like paste)
powdered sugar says 1 tbsp but might need more or less.
4. spread on cookies with knife.

good for 36 cookies
