I substituted grated dried ginger for fresh, and 1/2 sesame seed oil with hot pepper sesame seed oil - gave it a little kick. Very good - will definately make again. - 11/2/08

    Incredible!
Everyone loved this including the kids. The marmalade and ginger gives a very authentic asian flavour. Definately make this again. - 7/16/08

Another recipe that's in my KEEPER file! Husband and I both enjoyed it! We used orange marmelade...apricot would've been good too! We used ground ginger, and I bet it would have been even better with fresh! We used fresh minced garlic. We served it over brown rice. Very good! - 10/6/07

This was very good. Husband liked it too. I didn't have orage marmalade so I substituted apricot preserves and it worked great. I've always used a premade stir fry sauce. This was so close to what I buy that I will start to make it home made! - 9/19/07
