Ingredients

2 lg potatoes diced, peeled
2 cps frozen corn kernels
3 cps low sodium chicken broth or vegetable
1 cp skim milk
1 cp green beans
1 Tbsp celery seed
2 tsp fresh thyme
.5 tsp blk pepper.
Directions
Peal and dice potatoes add to pot with all ingredients ecept milk and fresh thyme. Cook till potatos are soft enough to mash with back of wooden spoon in pot. Add thyme and milk let simmer gently for 5 min. Serve hot. (If chowder is too thick add a little water or broth to your taste)
