Introduction

One of my family's favorites!! One of my family's favorites!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 - 12 oz Elk Steaks cubed (or some other type pf lean meat)
    5 - Large Carrots chopped
    1 - Large Turnip chopped
    1 - Large Onion chopped
    2 Tbsp of Flour
    1 Pkg of Onion Soup Mix

Directions

Fry meat and onions together
Once cooked add 2 tbsp of flour and mix well
Throw in a stock pot and cover with water.
Add turnip and carrot.
When almost cooked add potatos mix in onion soup mix and cook for another 10 minutes until all vegetables are tender.
Makes 8 large servings.
