Ingredients

1 pound lean ground turkey
1/4 cup grated peeled onion
1/4 cup finely chopped, seeded green bell pepper
2 Tbsp skim milk
1 egg white
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
6 potato sandwich or hamburger rolls
6 tbsp BBQ Sauce (optional)
Directions
Set BBQ sauce aside, you will not need it until later.
Combine all ingredients except BBQ sauce and mix very, very well. Shape into six patties and grill until cooked all the way through.
Serve with 1 potato roll and 1 tbsp BBQ sauce per turkey burger.
Hint: Using a food processor to chop and mix the celery, bell pepper, pressed garlic, and onion in this recipe makes all the pieces pleasantly small and uniform.
