Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    - 1 Cup Wild Rice
    - 1 Tablespoon Butter
    - 10 Ounces Chicken
    - 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
    - 4 Ounces Greek Yogurt
    - 1-1/2 Cups Canned, Sliced Mushrooms
    - 3 Medium Stalks of Celery, Sliced
    - 1/2 Medium Onion, Chopped
    - 4 Ounces 2% Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, Grated
    - 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
    - 1 Teaspoon Herb Blend

Directions

* Prepare 1 cup dry wild rice by package directions using the 1 tablespoon butter.

* Prepare chicken by boiling, cooling and stripping chicken from bones.

* In a large bowl, mix soup, yogurt, mushrooms, celery, onion, garlic powder and herb blend.

* To the soup mix, add chicken and stir, and then finally the rice, stirring gently. Turn into a greased 9 x 13" casserole pan. Top with grated cheese.

* Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly in the center. Makes 6 servings.
