Ingredients

    Quorn, 1 bag
    3 cans red kidney beans
    3 cans tomato soup
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 soup can filled with red salsa
    1 tbs sugar
    onion if desired
    1 soup can of water

Directions

Pour all ingredients into a pot. No need to drain. Let simmer for an hour or more. Yummy!
