Ingredients

3 large Egg Whites
1 1/4 cups Sugar
3 tsp baking powder
Directions
Whip egg whites until they have a stiff peak, and are still shiny. Alternate adding baking powder and sugar, with mixer running. Continue beating until stiff. Drop by teaspoons on brown paper (placed on a cookie sheet), bake at 275 degrees until cookie lifts off cleanly. Start checking at 25 minutes. Store in an air tight container.
