Introduction

Very simple to make. The recipe I entered has regular cream of mushroom soup, so to drop the calories a bit, use the reduced fat soup. Very simple to make. The recipe I entered has regular cream of mushroom soup, so to drop the calories a bit, use the reduced fat soup.

Ingredients

    2 bags of Boli-In-Bag white rice (2 servings per bag)
    1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup (condensed)
    4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
mix soup with one can of water
place chicken in baking dish (I use a lasagna pan)
Pour soup mixture over chicken
Bake in oven for 35-40 mins
Cook rice according to directions on package
When chicken is done, carefully remove from oven and let stand about five minutes before serving
