    ½ cup green Capsicum chopped
    ½ cup green Capsicum chopped
    1 Tomato sliced
    1 Lebanese Cucumber sliced
    2 cups Cos Lettuce chopped
    1 Spanish Onion sliced
    5 sprigs Coriander chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in salad bowl and enjoy

Add salad dressing if desired
