Ingredients

    One whole chicken
    One medium onion
    Two to Three stalks scallion
    Two large cloves garlic
    One tsp. black pepper
    Salt to taste
    Two teaspoon Walkerswood Jerk Season (more can be added to make it spicier)

Directions

Cut chicken into pieces and wash. Add diced onion, garlic, scallion, salt, lack pepper and jerk season to chicken and use hand to marinate chicken. Cover and refrigerate. Marinating for a couple hours or overnight gives it a really good flavor. Turn oven on to 350 degree. Place chicken pieces in baking pan and placed into oven for two hours or until chicken is done.
