Ingredients

    8 oz V8 Vegetable Juice - Low Sodium
    8 oz Tomato Sauce
    2/3 cup Cider Vinegar
    1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes or Tabasco
    2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
    4 tbsp Lemon Juice
    1 tbsp Brown Sugar
    4 tbsp Brown Sugar Substitute
    4 tbsp Heinz Worcestershire Sauce, 12 tsp (remove)
    1 cup Ketchup

Directions

Mix together all ingredients into medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally making sure to scrape bottom of pan. Remove from heat, cover and allow sauce to cool. Use sauce in recipes or on the grill; store unused portions in refrigerator until needed.

Yields approximately 40 oz = 40 - 1oz servings.
