Ingredients

1lb Ground turkey, cooked
1/2 cup dry Quinoa
1 1/2 Cups water
1 can (6oz) tomato paste
1 can ( 10.75 oz) Condensed Tomato Soup
1/2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Chili powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 can (16oz) Fat Free Refried Beans
Directions
Combine all ingrediants except for refried beans in crock pot on low for 6 hours. Add refried beans 30 min before serving. Makes 6 1-cup servings

I don't do much out of supermarket canned stuff so I'll sub homemade canned soup and homemade mashed beans. REFRIED BEANS! That's genius. I'm going to sneak this on my husband, who hates beans.
