1.5 Lbs - Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1/4 Cup - College Inn Thai Coconut Curry Chicken Broth
2 cups - Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
2 Tbs - Olive Oil
1/2 Cup - Badia Mojo marinade
1/2 Cup - 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk
3 tsp - Minced Garlic
1 Can - Campbells 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can - Campbells 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
Directions
Makes 8 1 cup servings
Rub chicken breasts with olive oil. Put Mojo Sauce, Chicken, Garlic, Thai Curry both, chicken, and any other spices you may want in slow cooker for an hour. Then add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 5 - 8 hours.
Serve over brown rice or as a main dish with a side of veggies.
