Ingredients

    Milk, nonfat, .75 cup
    Pepper, black, .125 tsp
    *Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1can
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    Heinz Worcestershire Sauce, 1.5 tsp
    Frenchs Fried Onions, 1.33 cup

Directions

in 13x9 casserole mix all ingredients except.66 cup fried onions. Bake 30 minutes at 350* or until hot; stir. Top with remaining onions. Bake 5 more minutes or until onions are golden.

I use raw broccoli or frozen that is just thawed...I DO NOT cook it first, keeps broccoli from getting too done and soggy.
