Introduction

Nary a can of cream of SOMETHING in sight! This is a really easy and really tasty side dish. It's not super healthy, but I am entering it because my family likes to eat it and now I know just how many calories there are! Nary a can of cream of SOMETHING in sight! This sounds delicious! I might use a little less Parm cheese since it's not my favorite. It's a great alternative to the traditional, creamy casserole. - 11/20/08
