    1 Tbs. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 cup oatmeal
1 Tbs. flour (I use whole wheat)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbs. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt

Use a 2 quart casserole, or a 7"x11" baking dish or a 9"x13" baking dish. Coat with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel and slice peaches (about 3 pounds to make 6 cups more or less)
Combine 1 Tbs. sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg and sprinkle over peaches.

Spoon into into prepared dish.

Combine oats, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, salt, flour and brown sugar; stir well. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal; sprinkle evenly over peach mixture.

I was attracted to this recipe because of its low calories and healthy ingredients. The list omits brown sugar mentioned in instructions, so assumed 1 tbsp. & added to topping. I left out the raisins (although I'm sure they'd be great). Yummy! Rev. calories: 102, fat 3.1, carb 19.3, protein 1.5. - 8/20/11
