Yummy, low fat baked chicken. Really moist and juicy. Yummy, low fat baked chicken. Really moist and juicy.

    8 Chicken Thighs
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
    Then whatever seasoning you want.


Mix the Panko bread crumbs, cheese and seasoning together then dredge the chicken. Place the chicken on a slightly oil cooking dish and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered. Then take the cover off and let cook for another 15 minutes.

    This recipe was easy and delicious. I used a pinch of Italian seasonings. The crust is lighter than other Panko recipes where you dip the chicken in flour and egg/milk sauce first but my husband and I like light. - 11/23/10

  • The time allotted is obviously for boneless thighs. Will have be bake bone-in thighs longer. Good, simple recipe! - 1/30/11
