Ingredients

    I C soy milk
    I banana, (I like to brake them up and freeze them so they are ready to go)
    2 tbsp Adam's peanut butter
    10g protein powder (I like PC brand without whey)
    4 ice cubes, crushed

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth. I like to pulse everything except protein powder first to start, then sprinkle in the powder so it doesn't clump together.
